1. About RYDEWIND and these terms
RYDEWIND is an independent mobile kitesurf service operating in Dakhla, Morocco. Lessons and activities are arranged by request and remain subject to wind conditions and availability.
By booking a service, you agree to these terms and the terms shown in your booking confirmation. If they conflict, the specific written booking confirmation controls for that booking.
2. Bookings, availability and prices
An enquiry or website request is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed when RYDEWIND sends written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received. Services remain subject to instructor, equipment, weather and location availability.
Before payment, we will disclose the service, dates or duration, price, taxes or mandatory charges, payment schedule and any material restrictions. Optional extras are charged only when selected or agreed. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before confirmation; if an error affects a confirmed booking, you may accept the corrected price or cancel for a refund of the affected service.
Payments must be made using the agreed method and currency. Bank or card providers may charge their own conversion or transaction fees.
3. Lessons, safety and participation
- Follow the instructor’s safety directions and local rules at all times.
- Tell us before the session about your ability, swimming confidence, relevant health conditions, injuries, medication or other factors that may affect safe participation.
- Do not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs or a condition that makes participation unsafe.
- Minors require the consent and supervision arrangements requested by RYDEWIND.
- Progress depends on conditions and the participant; a particular skill level or outcome is not guaranteed.
RYDEWIND may change, pause or end an activity when conditions, equipment, conduct or ability create a safety concern.
4. Equipment rental
Renters must accurately describe their ability and use equipment only for its intended purpose, in the agreed area and period. RYDEWIND may refuse unsuitable equipment or require supervision where the renter’s ability or conditions make independent use unsafe.
You must return equipment on time and in the condition received, allowing for normal wear. You may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs caused by misuse, negligence, loss or failure to follow instructions. Any deposit, inspection and damage terms will be disclosed before the rental is confirmed.
5. Accommodation and third-party services
Accommodation, transport or activities supplied by another provider may also be subject to that provider’s disclosed terms. We will identify material third-party conditions before confirmation where they apply.
Cancellations and changes are governed by our Cancellation Policy and any specific terms clearly provided before booking.
6. Responsibility and website use
Watersports involve inherent risks. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RYDEWIND is not responsible for loss caused by a customer’s inaccurate information, failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of equipment, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Website information is provided in good faith and may change with conditions and availability. RYDEWIND owns or licenses the website’s text, branding and original media. You may use the site for personal booking information but may not copy or exploit its content without permission.
7. Law, questions and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.
